This was where it all started, where we opened our first office and resource centre.  Since then Mosaic has grown into a reputable organization serving the community in and around the GTA through its developing array of home care services and community resource centres.

Thursday 29th October was an incredible evening of food, memories and smiles in the heart of our community.  This was a celebration of all that Mosaic, its partners, its staff, its community and its founders have done over the past five years.

People came from all over the community, mingling with a fantastic turnout from Mosaic’s own staff.

There were also people from our Community Resource Centre activity groups: ladies from the Knitting Group; members of the summer’s Pole Walking Club; the many people of have come to our numerous events and activities over the years.

Close friends and members from other organizations and agencies dropped by to show their support as they always have.

There was also information tables from some wonderful organizations:

Memory & Company; our joint venture partner Elder Caring Inc (Audrey Miller) through whom we provide our Elder Caring Plus service; the Alzheimer’s Society York Region with whom we host the First Link Memory Café for those individuals with memory issues, early diagnosis of Alzheimer and Dementia.

Community Care Access Centre also provided information to our attendees and answered questions.

Our newest partnership with Shepherd Village also had a wonderful information table display.

Our Guests were treated to refreshments, the incredible tunes of jazz musician Brian Katz from the Music Can Heal organization, the attentions of Mosaic staff and a picture slideshow of Mosaic’s still young history.

Thank you to all who attended our 5th Year Anniversary on October 29th, 2015
