Social work week..A North York General Hospital Event “Mobilizing Strengths in Individuals & Communities”

“Social Work Week (SWW) is celebrated annually across Canada during the month of March. In Ontario, the first week of March marks the start of NSWW. Activities that occur during this time highlight the role and contribution of the profession in providing services to the public. Each year a theme is selected that reflects the ideals and values of social workers.”

To celebrate and to educate during Social Work Week, North York General Hospital this year is hosting a talk by Scott McKay RSW on “Mobilizing Strengths in Individuals & Communities”. Scott McKay is the Program Director for Loft Community Services.
