Properly managing these four “keys” to longevity will help with healthy aging. The many events and the diversity of Toronto make it an ideal place to explore with friends and family and enjoy all that the city has to offer. A mixture of physical activity and exercise, spending more time socializing with family and friends is a key component in healthy aging and longevity and the many events available around Toronto are the perfect way to get out and about.
