Our Summer Pole Walking Club–Starting 9th July
Starting on July 9th, 2015 Mosaic Home Care Services will be hosting a weekly Summer Pole Walking Club.
The club will be meeting every Thursday morning at our CNIB centre office where club members will be led by someone from Mosaic on a walk through the areas around Bayview and Eglington and Sunnybrook Park.
After each walk, Mosaic will provide a light snack. While using Nordixx Poles are encouraged, they are not mandatory. If you just want to walk, you are more than welcome to join us!
The walks will be held over the months of July, August and September. Our final walk of the year will be on September 25th, 2015.
Our inaugural Pole Walking event, on July 9th, will be hosted by Greg Bellamy of Nordixx Pole Walking Canada. Greg will help Jane & Kevin kick off this wonderful club by leading the first walk, helping members adjust their poles, answering questions, and making sure people are using the poles correctly. Mosaic is excited to have Greg host our first ever Pole Walking event!
Our Pole Walking Club is a great way for people to come together, socialize and exercise. Join us every Thursday morning this summer on a morning walk through the wonderful area of Eglington & Bayview and take the opportunity to make new friends!
