Holiday Tea Open House this December and info on Foot Care clinics for the New Year!
Mosaic Home Care Services took a huge leap forward this past September with the opening of its second office in Mid-Town at the CNIB Centre.
As 2014 comes to an end and we enter 2015, Mosaic is excited to begin hosting events regularly at the CNIB. For those interested in attending events in 2015 at the CNIB office, why not take some time to say “hello” and make yourself familiar with Mosaic’s second office before the New Year?
On Friday, December 19th, Mosaic will be hosting a Holiday Tea Open House at our CNIB location where Mosaic will treat you to holiday tea, sweet treats and play festive music. Feel free to drop by, introduce yourself to our staff and find out what makes the Mosaic community special. The open house will run from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
In addition to Mosaic refreshments Kimberly Davies & Emily Poon from Amica at Bayview (Retirement Residences) will also be there to hand out holiday treats from 1:30pm to 3pm.
Our neighbours at the Dotsa Bitove Wellness Academy will also be hosting an open house that evening, making December 19th the perfect day to make yourself acquainted with the work of both Mosaic Home Care Services & Community Resource Centre and Dotsa Bitove.
Please remember Mosaic now has regular Foot Care Clinics at the CNIB offices! These will be on 3rd Tuesday of every month.
With our Foot Care Clinics being provided by a Registered Nurse, your feet we will receive a foot massage and much more. Nurse’s will also assess your feet and document progress, cut and file toe nails, treat calluses, ingrown toe nails, corns and fungus and if needed referrals to a podiatrist.

The CNIB Centre is located close to subway and TTC stops, and free parking is available outside or underground at $7 making it accessible. The cost of a Foot Care Clinic is $40 for Community Clinics and $55 for In-Home Treatment.
